Stage 1 - Home Business Success Coaching
You’ll start off with a one-hour success coaching session that will help you identify what actions you need to take to start your home based business. Your coach will help you put them in the right order for you and make sure that you’ve covered all eventualities, just in case! You’ll also identify the strengths and abilities that you’ll call upon during this exciting time. For the duration of your training course you’ll also have unlimited email support from your coach.

Stage 2 - Home Study Course (Optional)
If you decide to retrain and take a home study course with Lotus it’s now time to knuckle down and work towards your recognised qualification. During your study time you’ll have access to a dedicated student support line and personal tutor for course related enquiries. Remember to make the most of your Success Coach, who’ll help keep you motivated throughout your home study course. The number one reason student’s don’t complete their home study course is a lack of support and motivation. With Lotus, this simply isn’t an issue.
Stage 3 - Home Business Start-Up Mentoring
When you’re ready to start your home based business, it’ll be time to get the ball rolling with your Home Business Start-up Mentor. Support will continue for the first 3 months of your start-up venture, and will take place via email exchange and 1-2-1 monthly mentoring sessions by telephone or instant messenger. Your mentor will be experienced at starting a home based business and balancing work with family and personal commitments. They’ll be able to offer advice and guidance based on their own experiences (both good and bad!). But more importantly they’ll be a sounding board for your ideas. They’ll help you see things from a different perspective.

Stage 4 - Ongoing Home Business Support
By enrolling in a Lotus Home Business Start-Up Programme you’ll have access to discounts on further training courses for continued professional development, workshops and exclusive teleseminars. You’ll also be able to share your experiences with other Lotus members and become part of a mutual support network.
Personal experience has shown us how being part of a community that empathises with you is crucial to keeping you confident and happy as you run your home business, avoiding feelings of isolation.
