Workplace Psychology Home Study Course

This course is designed to provide you with an overview and Introduction to understanding Psychology in the workplace. It covers a wide range of workplace people and management issues, exploring each and enabling you to examine practical applications of psychology in the workplace.

This is an ideal course for anyone wishing to improve their skills in understanding and managing staff and understanding how to deal with events and find explanations for workplace psychological problems.

Qualification

The Workplace Psychology home study course leads to the award Diploma in Workplace Psychology - ASET Level 3. ASET is a leading UK awarding body recognised by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority.

Course Syllabus

The course is divided up into ten units, as follows:

Unit 1: Introduction to Workplace Psychology
Unit 2: The use of Sensation & Perception
Unit 3: Understanding Personality Concepts
Unit 4: Using Psychological Testing
Unit 5: Management of the Workplace
Unit 6: The Workplace Environment
Unit 7: How to Motivate the Workforce
Unit 8: Recruitment
Unit 9: What is Social Psychology
Unit 10: Peoples’ Abnormalities

Duration

You may register at any time and have a full year to complete your studies, with extensions being granted at our discretion. The Workplace Psychology Home Study Course will take around 120 hours of study to complete.

Tutor Support and Assessment

The course is designed for you to study at home or work. You will receive a course manual, assignments and studyguide plus tutor support by mail and email. You will also have access to a dedicated student support line during working hours.

Each unit is followed by a written assignment, which is submitted and marked by your tutor. There is no external examination required.
